Recheck saved SKK records and bound pedigree extraction

  • Stewards can recheck one saved SKK refusal against current local records. Original evidence stays saved; each recheck has its own job, audit and Undo.
  • Pedigree extraction shares file, PDF page, attempt and concurrency limits across both upload paths. Private originals and draft review are preserved; provider errors have clearer feedback.
  • Pedigree extraction leaves ambiguous registration matches unselected. Duplicate registration rows on one dog still produce one suggestion.

Fix FCI preparation and clarify saved scan progress

  • Fixed a worker permission issue that could leave FCI kennel preparation stuck at zero. Stale progress points to worker diagnostics without claiming checks are still running.
  • Duplicate Finder shows saved scan jobs and counts across all categories, distinguishing queued work from current worker activity. Startup checks require all scan permissions. Reload saved results reads existing findings.
  • Completed historical cleanup moves to Repair history. Obsolete preview/apply entry points are removed while saved reports, guarded continuation and Undo remain available.

Separate maintenance from one-time fixes

  • Routine storage and recovery tools are separate from one-time repairs. Saved outcomes mark completed batches automatically; unfinished work and unresolved evidence remain visible.
  • Completed fixes fold away with their details and available Undo. Repair history lists recorded retired runs, without turning unused old tools into pending work.
